Wednesday: Chicken Fetticini
Thurday: Broccoli Cheese Soup with Homemade Rolls
Friday: Joshua's Choice (Happy 14th Birthday Joshua!)
Saturday: Pork Chops and Apple Sauce (lol)
Sunday: The quesadillas from last weeks menu...I never got to them.
Buttermilk Syrup
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together sugar, butter, and buttermilk and bring to a boil. Boil for 45 seconds and remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda and vanilla

I honestly don't know why I do this... I never stick to it, though it does get me thinking of ideas to eat during the week and I've spent less time trying to think of something to eat. Usually dh isn't in the mood for what I have planned, or I'm not in the mood to cook it, or things just don't go as planned, you know....
OH yummy! I think I'm gonna have to steal some of these yummy meal plans!
