Works for me Wednesday!

Another purse safety tip just for Shannon
Whenever I am shopping, and I put my purse in the cart (I hate carrying it and pushing the cart at the same time) I always "secure" my purse by snapping it in the cart with the seatbelt. So if someone tries to swipe my purse they are going to have to take the whole kit and kaboodle. Either that or take the time to unhook the seatbelt.
And NO none of my kids have ever fallen out of the cart because of the lack of restraint. LOL

or just don't carry a purse. I put a card in my pocket & run to the store. sometimes I have a wallet. I like to walk around w/ my new purse-looking diaper bag. Nothing of value in there, except I do make sure I have a dirty diaper in there at all times to thwart intruders.

That's actually a great idea... one I've never thought of!

My grandmother's purse was once stolen out of her shopping cart while her back was turned, so I do this exact same thing! I have also taken to keeping a cheap carabiner in my purse for times when the seatbelt is either missing or broken...
